Wild Safari Terms of Service

Use of the Game

  • Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password if you connect Wild Safari to your Facebook account.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the game for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interferes with the game’s operations or the enjoyment of the game by others.

In-Game Purchases

Wild Safari offers in-game purchases, which are handled directly by Google Play Services. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Wild Safari does not store any payment information.

User Content

You are responsible for any content you post or share within Wild Safari. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the game.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Small Barking Dog Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use Wild Safari.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
